I'm looking for a push notifications expert! I need a notification system that works without user login. Additionally, users should be able to select which location they want to receive notifications from.

Must-have features:

Enable/disable notifications

Select the location for notifications

Data is fetched from a JSON file

Eventually, I want to convert this into a PWA and later publish it on Google Play and the App Store.

If anyone knows how to make this happen, let me know!
